What is ChamberCARE?

Your local Chamber of Commerce is proud to bring you ChamberCARE, a quality, cost-effective health insurance program. ChamberCARE is a collaborative effort between participating Chambers of Commerce and health care providers to meet the health insurance needs of small businesses in Dane County. This health insurance program is offered exclusively to members of participating Chambers of Commerce.

What do employers like best about ChamberCARE?

  • Flexibility- Health benefit packages designed for ChamberCARE to meet the needs of your employees as well as value-added services, such as dental and prescription drug coverage.
  • Simplicity- Once accepted, there are no waiting periods, no pre-existing condition limitations, and no claim forms to fill out.
  • Quality- The endorsement and long-term commitment of Dane County Chambers of Commerce.

Who is eligible?

To be eligible for ChamberCARE, a business must:

  • Have at least two enrolled employees but fewer than 100 employees;
  • Have been in business for at least one year; and
  • Have current membership with a participating Chamber of Commerce.
