Call GHC-SCW as soon as you plan your trip so there will be plenty of time to complete any needed immunizations.

Have the following information ready:

• Your immunization history including Tetanus, polio and measles vaccine
• TB test results, plus any travel related immunizations.
• Your planned itinerary - the countries you will visit in the order you will visit them.
• Your health issues including pregnancy, breastfeeding, HIV exposure, cancer.
• Any medicines you take and allergies you have (to medicines, or to eggs).
