Know you need some extra help?

GHC-SCW offers a program for smokers and chewers that helps you quit and stay quit. Join the hundreds of GHC-SCW members who have started a new lifestyle free from tobacco. The tobacco free program includes optional nicotine patches, nicotine inhaler or nicotine nasal spray. The pill bupropion (Zyban or Chantix) may also be prescribed. This program begins with a one-hour quit tobacco class (one time) or a one-hour individual consultation with a Tobacco Cessation Specialist. You may then choose between weekly follow up phone calls or a support group.

The one time one-hour class or individual consultation is required in order to obtain patches, the inhaler, the nasal spray, or bupropion. Note: Navitus and Medical Assistance GHC-SCW members do not need the patient education component to obtain medication though it is still recommended.

To make an appointment for an individual one hour consultation, call 608-257-9700 today.

To sign up for the one time one-hour class, register below or call 608-662-4924.
