The Member Service department is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST to answer member questions.

  • Assists members with a grievance / appeal
  • Receives complaints, concerns and compliments from members
  • Answers questions regarding benefits and coverage
  • Receives calls regarding denied claims
  • Gives information to members about clinics and clinic systems
  • Assists members in making clinic or physician changes

  • Coordinates discharge planning, home nursing and rehab, home infusion therapy
  • Coordinates verification of coverage for out-of-area and emergency care

Enrollment Department 608-260-3170

  • Verifies enrollment status or changes
  • Initiates printing of replacement member ID cards

  • Verifies status of claims
