The Member Service department is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST to answer member questions.
- Assists members with a grievance / appeal
- Receives complaints, concerns and compliments from members
- Answers questions regarding benefits and coverage
- Receives calls regarding denied claims
- Gives information to members about clinics and clinic systems
- Assists members in making clinic or physician changes

- Coordinates discharge planning, home nursing and rehab, home infusion therapy
- Coordinates verification of coverage for out-of-area and emergency care
Enrollment Department 608-260-3170
- Verifies enrollment status or changes
- Initiates printing of replacement member ID cards
