To better service prescription refills and renewal requests and transactions, the "Refill" feature will now be available at www.GHCmychart.com. To refill or renew prescriptions online, please register for a GHCMyChart account. You may also visit a GHC-SCW Clinic to receive an activation code for a GHCMyChart account.

While you are in the process of obtaining your GHCMyChart activation code, please call your GHC-SCW pharmacy to refill or renew your prescriptions.
